Spicy Mayo
Spoon 3-4 TBSP of vegenaise into a small bowl
Add a squeeze of lime juice
Salt to taste
Chili powder to taste
Cumin to taste
Sriracha (I use Sriracha salt)
Mix and taste. Add preferred seasonings
Corn
Shuck Corn and grill (I like to braid the peel for look and it makes a great handle)
Squeeze lime 5 minutes before done grilling
Take off grill, brush corn with spicy mayo all around
Sprinkle grated FYH parmesan (follow your heart)
Top off with cut cilantro
