Dressing
3/4 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1.5 tsp Honey
1 tsp Parsley Flakes, Basil, & Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 TBSP FYH Parmesan Cheese (I use Follow Your Heart)
Whisk dressing
Taste. If vinegar is too much, add more honey
Salad
Use any pasta you like and follow box instructions. Let pasta fully cool before adding veggies and dressing
16oz. Can of Garbanzo Beans
6oz. Can of sliced Black Olives
Cut 1 Tomato
thinly slice 1 Carrot
Cut 2 crowns Broccoli
Chop 1/3 Red Onion
Other veggie alternatives: Celery, Kidney Beans, Cauliflower
Pour 3/4 dressing into salad and mix well
Sprinkle Grated FHY Parmesan
Let sit overnight to marinate. Next day, add rest of dressing, more cheese, mix and enjoy!
