Impossible Kebobs

Impossible Meat

  1. Place ground Impossible meat in medium size bowl

  2. Mince 1/2 Yellow Onion and add to bowl

  3. Add 1/2 cup of Panko

  4. Add 1/4 cup Parsley Flakes

  5. Add 1.5 tsp ground Coriander

  6. Add 1 tsp Salt

  7. Add 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  8. 1/2 tsp Pepper

  9. Mix then shape meat onto a skewer for grilling. Work fast, starting from the top and pressing downwards in a circular motion

  10. If your meat is not sticky enough, you can adda splash of just egg (plant based egg)


Rice & Veggies

  1. You can accompany your kebobs with any grilled veggie you like. I’ve used asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, or fruit. Skewer and grill with salt for veggies or sugar for fruit

  2. 1 cup of rice (any)

  3. Start by adding coconut oil and vermicelli to a pot on low heat. Continue to stir, allowing vermicelli to brown but not burn

  4. Once brown, add 1 3/4 cups of water, rice, and 1-2 tsp of salt. Taste water for salt level. Cook until done, 10-15 minutes

  5. I like to sprinkle my rice with ground Sumac for a citrus flavor
